The Human Phenotype Ontology (HPO) is developed by our group and Robinson group. The HPO aims to provide a standardized vocabulary of phenotypic abnormalities encountered in human disease. Terms in the HPO describe individual phenotypic abnormalities such as atrial septal defect.
